The staff here is the best! They take care of me and all my critters (which has consisted of birds, reptiles, rabbits, cats and dogs over the years.) Pricing is more than reasonable and they really care about me and my pets. This staff has been very good to me, and I highly recommend this hospital!

A family friend suggested Dr. McDowell, and I am so happy she did! She is excellent with my small dog and my house rabbits. She always has the time to give you all the details and is so caring and honest. I drive from Corona to Dr. McDowell because I have tried others that are closer and always wish that I didn't. The last 7 years of care that Dr. McDowell and her staff have provided have been the best I have ever received.

I came to Dr McDowell for my two rabbits since 2013 and, over the years, she's cured our senior bunny several times with needed treatments. Our senior bunny also had a major surgery done in August 2018 with good recovery. Dr McDowell is honest, straightforward and charges reasonable fees. The doctors, assistants, and the front desk staff are animal lovers and spend quality time answering our questions and offering additional eduction. We are very fortunate to find this vet hospital for our beloved fur family.

They took such great care of our fur-baby, Chloe. We made the decision to get her declawed and the team at Chaparral was supportive, the price was great and they watched her for 2 days after the procedure. They kept us updated on her healing while she was in their care. I'll refer others here! Thanks, Chaparral!

This is the best animal hospital ever! I’ve been to quite a few vet hospitals since I own a lot of animals including dogs and birds and I love Chaparral animal hospital. They are not only caring about your furry friend but they also are very proactive with getting your animal well again. They saved my bird and my dog. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! They’re the best in town!
